Learn to make your own hair ornaments using feathers.

1. Cut ribbon into two 4 inch lengths
2. Put glue on one side of one of the ribbons and open the hair clip.
3. Slide the glued side of the ribbon under the top of the clip and fold the rest of the ribbon back over the clip. Close the clip and hold in place with clothes pins until dry.
4. Fold the other ribbon in half and sew three to five marabou feathers onto it.
5. Glue the bottom half of the ribbon to the other ribbon on the clip and hold in place with clother pins until dry
6. You now have a solid base to decorate. Choose from any combinations of feathers or feather accents such as: emu, ostrich, duck, marabou peacock or found feathers. You can also use silk flowers, charms, beads, yo-yos, appliques, old jewelry, or whatever strikes your fancy. Glue your decorations over the quills to hide them and let the fascinator dry for several hours
